Canyon Pass

These canyons are created by water rushing through the sandstone walls during flash floods. Flash floods are a common occurrence in this part of the desert. Walking between the walls, in some cases just narrow slots, I was left with a sense of awe. An incredible sight. The light at the top of the canyon is extremely bright while 150 feet below the tones can change dramatically based on the time of day.
